Lynn Cannell began her estate agency career in 1981, within a well respected independent chain, and went on to enjoy continued success until her move into recruitment in 1995. In the early days Lynn specialised in a unique consultancy practice offering a complete recruitment, assessment, training and development service. However the demand for her recruitment services were high and in 2000 Lynn Cannell Associates opened the doors to their first office in Woodford. The rest, as they say, is history.

Tracey Cannell Currently developing LCA South East Region. Tracey enjoyed thirteen successful estate agency years before working as production manager for Cannell Graphics. Her experience and understanding of our range of industries provides her with the essential skills needed to support our expansion.

Claudia Dellapina Claudia brings exceptional professionalism and energy to the team. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her attitude refreshing. A highly valued and popular member of the team.

Danielle Myers With thirteen years experience in Secretarial/Administration recruitment, Danielle brings an expertise and knowledge, which not only supports the whole team but is an essential part of developing and maintaining our expansion programme.

Gillian Smith - BA Hons PGD PGCE Gillian is an experienced teacher. She has worked for many years in London as a Secondary classroom teacher moving into middle and senior management roles. Gillian has also worked as a daily supply teacher and has worked overseas. Her working experience within education enables her to understand the needs of both her candidates and educational institutions.
